Abstract:
Low performance of lithium ion batteries was demonstrated through experimental data. Mutual Pulse Heating strategy was then used for the first time to experimentally heat Li-ion cell from -25oC to 0oC in around 2 minutes, recovering more than 50% of the cell capacity.
