This thesis aims to explore the benefits of retrofits applied to the compressor and burner in the AC and furnace respectively and how best to analyze these retrofits using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN)as an empirical model to quantify the savings associated with the retrofit. ANN is a statistical approach modeled after the central nervous system found in animals, characterized by its machine learning and pattern recognition capabilities.
